1. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your postcards arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order. We will be happy to send a replacement or offer a full refund. To ensure a smooth process, please include a photo of the damaged item(s) when reaching out to our customer support team at info@pludygroup.com
2. Incorrect Orders:
If you received the wrong design, personalization, or quantity, please let us know within **7 days** of delivery. We’ll make it right by either sending you the correct order or issuing a full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Change of Mind:
Because our postcards are often made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
4. Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within **24 hours** of placing it. After this time, production and shipping may have already begun, and we’ll be unable to process the cancellation or change.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
Custom or personalized postcards are non-refundable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Shipping Issues:
We take great care to package and ship your postcards securely, but once an order is with the carrier, it is out of our hands. If there are issues with lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for delays or lost items during transit, though we’ll do our best to assist you if something goes wrong.
